Weight lifting training

On weekdays Wageningen Beasts members are able to join the weightlifting trainings!  We do technique training or free style if that is what you prefer.

Tuesday from 19:00 – 20:00
Thursday from: 15:30 – 16:30

  1. having your feet flat on the floor lessens the distance you have to pull the bar on a deadlift, increasing your leverage and helping you lift heavier weights.
