In this lecture we will tell you about different training strategies for strenght training. and provide scientific evidence!
We will talk about pure strength gain, muscle size gain etc. in relation to the amount of repetitions, sets and rest periods. The lecture will be given by two Nutrition and health student: Jan Willem van der Klis and Kevin Verlinden.
