training 6-10-2015

These regular training sessions are used to improve the technique of our members under professional supervision. If you want proper feedback on your form/technique, feel free to enroll using the form in our own facebook group (for the tuesday sessions). If you are an advanced lifter and want to use olympic barbells with bumper plates (for cleaning and jerking for example), enroll as well and optimize your training!
