Recipe: Mexican casserole dish (4p)

The best tasting dish you’ve ever had. Not so wise to eat when you’re cutting but the calories are definitely worth it if you ask me.

You can remove or add ingredients. The dish is also delicious with beans, paprika or garlic added.

Another way to make this dish is to put the ingredients in a taco shell and eat it with your hands instead of making it with tortilla chips and eating it with knife and fork.

Mexican casserole dish

  • 250 grams tortilla chips
  • 500 grams ground beef
  • 200 grams corn
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 200 grams grated cheese
  • 2 onions

How to make the dish

  1. Cut the tomatoes and unions in pieces
  2. Cook the ground beef loose
  3. Stack layers in the glass baking dish alternating the ingredients
  4. Place the baking dish in the oven
  5. Let it bake until the cheese is melted
  6. Enjoy!
