What we offer

Cross Training

High-intensity, full-body programs with varied workouts. Trainings are given every Tuesday and Thursday.

Powerlifting Clinics

The Power Clinics are led by Pjotr van den Hoek, the Dutch National Junior and Senior coach. These clinics consist of 5 training sessions, with each session focusing on a specific movement: the deadlift, bench press, and back squat. The final session includes a mock max-out to assess your progress

Weightlifting Clinics

The weightlifting clinics are though by Dutch National WeightLifting Coach Ton Leenders.

The clinics consist of 4 training sessions, of which the last is a max-out session.

The Board.

Meet the Board members of Wageningen Beasts 2023! This year the board is made up of six individuals, who all share enthusiasm for strength and fitness. We've got body builder, weighlifting, Crossfit enthusiasts but all united in their passion for power!
